Unusual game in that Reidsville O probably ran less than 20 plays....Several long distance plays for the offense............Defense ran 2 int. back for TD.'s.....Rams are open next week before traveling to Bartlett-Yancey on the 27th.................

What is going on with Cummings HS football? It was just a few years ago that they were one of the best programs in the state of NC...

Cummings school district demographics have changed a lot. This has been discussed on previous threads but now lots of hispanic students with football not a priority.

Strangest thing about the game was the officials decided to disregard the 25 second delay of game so sometimes nearly a minute passed before a play was run. Not to mention that nearly a minute ran off the clock before the ball was kicked off to start the second half.

Rams offense had one possession the entire second half.

I can understand the desire to get this game over as quickly as possible, but when officials and coaches start changing the rules of the game during a game it really distorts everything.

they ran at least 3 minutes off the clock one time between us scoring and the following KO....wanting to end a game is one thing but that's just stupid and gives back-ups very little chance to play in a blow-out................. And TGT...your stats just prove the fact that they are really meaningless...especially when Reidsville won 65-10....going by stats an observer would've thought it was a close game.................................

I like that 22 is starting at defensive end. I agree you gotta put him somewhere he is good. Want to see him back at lb next year though

second half clock started as teams were just beginning to line up. understand running clock point, but this was ridiculous. backups on offense got no snaps. horrible use of clock rules. deprived kids that work hard every day of a chance to play.
