Yes they are. Looks like I might miss my first Rams game in many decades. But, maybe not.
Doesn't surprise me....the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area is populated by a lot of left wing "Karens"...........................
A few years back their head baseball coach called out my son during a game. Way way way over the top. Myself and Reidsville officials called the school the next morning to complain. Long story short the coach talked to school officials before we could and have his version. They tried to spin it that I was to blame. If any of our kids or coaches acted in that manner heads would roll. I have zero time for anyone associated with Carrboro.
Didn't you miss a game a few years ago for a George Jones concert? How did I remember that???? I probably wanted to go!
I think the last one I missed was at Edenton Holmes? Don't remember the year. Help us out here rambbq, I know you went to that game.
I did go to two of the George Jones concerts later in his career in Asheville and Myrtle Beach but I don't think those were during football season.
Yeah I rode with dhag to the Edenton game in 2000 (a Rams win)...the same nite you and a mutual friend of ours opted to watch a game with Western Alamance playing somebody at home........Reidsville that playoff season (2000) played at Tarboro, at Edenton Holmes and at SW Onslow.......Road warriors.....................
Pretty amazing that starting with the 2000 season Reidsville's playoff record is 67 Wins 11 Losses with 8 State Titles and 2 State Runner Up
George Jones played at the Alabama Theater Myrtle Beach in September of 2012.
Note: you can find almost anything on the internet except your basketball stats at RHS in the 50s.

2015...Rams won 2-0 by forfeit...Carrboro couldn't field a team but had 38 guys on their Cross Country team.............lol......................
And my stats were pretty much non existant as I was not exactly one of Coach's favorite players.
And that is most definitely a classic understatement.
Probably had something to do with talent! Hoy pretty much knew who to put on the floor - he probably didn't play favorites.
Carrboro knocked Rams out of playoffs when they had T. Sharpe, a great back.
T Sharp went on to have a pretty decent career at JAmes Madison even winning a FCS National title
Chapel Hill is a great place but sad to say parents run the school district. They should be ashamed not letting parents/visitors attend the game Friday. I'm surprised they are even playing the game. This district can't handle 3 football teams. Carrboro fields about 20 total players
Yeah Carrboro had a good team that year. They enter the 2AA State Championship game 15-0 but lost to South Iredell 30-27.

yeah that Carrboro team knocked Reidsville off in the 3rd round of the playoffs 20-16....they weren't in the same conference then but they have been since 2014 with Reidsville winning all 6 games that have been played by a combined score of 316-14....................
Just saw on Reidsville football facebook page that Orange County schools had change of mind and are allowing a limited number of tickets to be sold to Ram fans (pre-sale/none at the gate).
Also noticed that the game - accompanied by video - would be available free at reidsvilleradio.com.
