Spend any time in Tupelo and your description fits 80%+ of the TSUN fans there. Of the small 3% of their fans in Tupelo who have a higher education than a GED, most went to Itawamba or NE Miss. Community College for a couple of semesters and rarely get to any games. Instead they save up their money to buy some black bear fan gear and car tags at the Barnes Crossing Wal-Mart or the sale rack at the Kroger. But heaven forbid State ever trip up and lose any game--you run into their faithful and they are there with their smugness to tell you about how great the black bears are.
you mean like the esteemed state representative UM homer Brian Aldridge who got money from his also UM Homer father that they stole from an old lady that trusted them? They cleaned the old woman out cause they thought she would die before she found out. All the while Mr Aldridge was having him a grand ole time in Hawaii, buying new cars, and getting his stuff from MLM Clothiers like all Tupelo UM grads should. That whole story was and is typical UM entitlement to perfection.
And like you said, he went bankrupt while stealing trying to portray that esteemed UM image. They even had to save the horses from starving at that "charity" (wink..wink.. nudge.. nudge) that he ran.
I don't know about any of this stuff you claim, but I'm relatively certain that Brian Aldridge from Tupelo went to MSU. I think he was a Pike. Could be mistaken though.
