Renardo Sidney - Houston sighting

I saw Renardo Sidney running this afternoon at Memorial Park in Houston. My wife and I both said he looked to be a good bit slimmer then last year. Still a big guy but looked to be in better basketball shape. He seemed to have a good pace running the 3-mile path at the park. <div>
</div><div>I hate that he has taken so much crap from people on the message board. I really hope he doesn't read all the negatives coming from the bulldog nation. He is still a bulldog so we have to stand behind him.</div>
