Restaurant name from the extravaganza

Can anyone tell me the name of the restaurant that was serving the Gumbo and sandwiches at the MSU extravaganza at the convention center last Thursday night?

For the life of me, I can't remember the name.

I went last week for lunch. Quite possibly the worst sandwich I've ever eaten. Their "remoulade" was horrid on the turkey asparagus panini. And they must have been out of swiss cheese because they slapped a piece of kraft singles american on it, but didn't bother to tell me.

The food at the extravaganza may have been decent, but I doubt I'll ever step back into that place again.

I haven't eaten there and haven't heard a single thing about them. Except I just saw they replaced the old Western Sizzlin that was located there. I think I'll follow your advice and dine elsewhere.
