Richland's Canaan Addison

I knew this guy was pretty good but didnt realize how good. I guess i find it hard sometimes to peel my eyes from behind the line of scrimmage. After watching his videos on maxpreps ill be watching him more closely. Love his game. Plays wide open and man this kid has some speed for a LB. Anyone know if he has any offers? Ill put the link below to anyone interested in checking this guy out. Hes all over the field.

Richlands is blessed to have some really good LB's, one of my favorites is Bryce Wade #27. He too is all over the field but usually he's in the backfield and he will lay the smack down on you !
He and Canaan make a great pair. That's one reason it's hard to run consistently on them.
They have enough speed and quickness to cover sideline to sideline and big & strong enough to make big hits.

Yes Bryce will lay the smack down. Richlands has been blessed with good linebackers for several years. But didnt realize how fast Addison was. I saw the clip against Gate City after the int he was running down field to make a block and he was MOVING. His hudl says he runs a 4.7 40. Not sure how accurate that is but its gotta be somewhere in that area.

Addison is a sure tackler also. If he gets his hands on you, he makes the tackle. I played LB back in the OLD days (70's ) so I like to keep an eye on em now and I like the way both play.
Addison has good size too. He's listed on max as 6'1 215, but I would say he may weigh a little more right now and hasn't slowed down
I think they both can play on Saturdays at some level. Addison with his size and speed should be a D1 prospect, but I haven't heard if he has any offers yet.

Love the first clip against Union. He just plows the blocker to get in the backfield. I would be surprised if he doesnt get at least a small college offer.
