I briefly feared that Florida State was going to be our 2016 football opponent.

That's not going to happen. People are getting WAY too paranoid about the new football scheduling requirement. It's really not that different than the basketball scheduling requirement that came down last summer. That's being filled with mediocre teams from major conferences (Oregon St., Florida St.), just like the football requirement will be.
