good points and I agree it is better to be born with certain traits such ascajones but I don't think there is any doubt about Relf's cajones, he just didn't have any confidence until Mullen and company got ahold of him. I also saw a great deal of progress with Mini Favre and Tyler Russell in the spring game so I'm sticking with the fact that Mullen and Koenig are not QB killa's and know what they are doing.

I understand that arguement of him being able to throw because teams forced him to. However, he proved he could win games by throwing. So shouldn't that make it even harder to defend him since teams can't take away one area of what he does well? He will be much more of a dual threat next year, and that should be much harder to stop.

Relf will contend for All SEC. I don't think he will make it, but he will certainly contend for it. If he throws for 2,500 and runs for 500, which certainly is possible with him most likely not sharing snaps this year, I could see him making it. I will admit this is a pretty weak crop of QB's in the SEC this year, but it's nice to have one at MSU that I trust over many of the other QB's in the SEC.
