Effective 7/1/25, is the transfer from Rivals to On3 automatic for the premium board (including board name and monthly subscription payments) or am I treated like a NEW member and must formally assign my board name and sign a new payment authorization.
I want to keep my long time board name and was hoping this process was automatic for Rivals subscribers. I don’t want to create some type of “dual” membership by accident.
How did any of you prior Rivals subscribers handle this changeover to On3?
Welcome!!! Good to see your handle again.
Subscription & Billing
What happens to my current Rivals subscription?
Your subscription will automatically transfer to On3 | Rivals. No action is required on your part.
Will I be double billed if I am subscribed to both Rivals and On3 in the same market?
No. In merged site markets, we’ll make sure you’re only billed once. If you have subscriptions to both Rivals and On3, auto-renew on your Rivals subscription will be turned off to prevent double billing.
Note: In select markets where we operate dual sites (Oklahoma, Kentucky, Nebraska, Michigan, and Michigan State), it’s possible to maintain separate subscriptions if you want to post on both message boards. In these cases, you may be billed for both.
Will my current Rivals subscription rate change?
No. You’ll keep your current rate as long as you don’t cancel or let your membership lapse.
Access & Features
Will I need to create a new login or account?
No. Your login credentials will carry over.
What does my On3 | Rivals subscription include?
You’ll get premium content access across On3, Rivals and all fan sites, with read-only access to message boards across the entire network. Posting privileges remain limited to your subscribed site(s).
Can I still post on the message board like I did on Rivals?
Yes, and we’re working to ensure a smooth transition. Some minor issues may occur in the first few weeks. Thanks in advance for your patience.
What happens to my Rivals username and post history?
They will transfer over. In rare cases where duplicate usernames exist, we’ve added a prefix like “o_” or “r_” to differentiate. If you want a different username, email us at
[email protected].
