Son and I had game tickets plus other personal possessions stolen out of our rental car while it was parked near South Beach. Fortunately, UNL ticket office reissued our tickets and will pick them up at the Will Call window tomorrow. One more reason I hate the Canes now!

Sorry for your loss - but I'm not even the least bit surprised about it. I damn near expect it when going to hell holes full of thugs like Miami throughout the US.
It's unfortunate that you were robbed and I hate to hear that it happened, but that could have happened in any major city, even Omaha.
Disappointed to be robbed and a tough loss too. First time in my life to be robbed like this and I am 57. I travel about 50,000 miles a year for work so no travel rookie. South Florida no longer a desirable destination for me but fortunately, items lost can be replaced. I was proud of the comeback yesterday. Tells me Huskers could turn season into a good one. Will be back home today and appreciate Midwesterners a little more today than a few days ago.
My brother said where he was at, it was less than pleasant. I think overall though, it probably wasn't worse than a lot of other stadiums. Thought both teams played hard and it was really a clean game (no big fights) even though there were lots of penalties, no brawls to garner headlines.
