Loved your question to Lebby in the postgame presser! Asked him about evaluating the team to make improvements for next year … “Does that involve coaching staff as well”? He definitely changed that tone. But he needs to be addressed with those type questions. Kuddos Brother!

Putting the correct assistants in place is the true job of a head coach. If Lebby thinks this staff is the correct one, then it's his butt on the line.
We did not have great talent but we had the talent to get to a bowl game. The only thing that held this team back from a bowl game was coaching. We had seven-win talent.
The assistants are just the scapegoats to the eyes who cannot see. Lebby’s offense is like a Tinder date that shows up 30 minutes early, talks nonstop, then ghosts you at the restaurant and sticks you with the bill while your friends (the assistant coaches, OLine, & Defense) have to fight off the waiter.
