I'm out of the loop on him a bit. Extremely excited for another strong lineage, but confused as to why so many offers, and so low of ranking.

I am super happy to see us land this guy. I too am kind of confused as to why he's only rated as a high two/low three star (2 on Rivals, 3 on 247), but LOOK at the guy and look at his friggin' dad!

The assumption is he'll channel to SDE, right? He's a pretty big dude.

Any thoughts on who is next? I thought Rahyme Johnson would be, but now that Lenoir went to Oregon I am not certain we're even going to land him. Calvin maybe?

"When spring came and the Wolverines had yet to extend one, it seemed like one may not arrive. But after defensive coordinator Don Brown and defensive line coach Greg Mattison visited the school at the end of the spring evaluation period, that is when the scholarship came his way."

Michigan Don Brown (defensive coach) and Greg Mattison (defensive line coach) both went to his HS to visit him at different times and then was offered... RollingLaughRollingLaughRollingLaugh

The coaches cooled on him. His academics were a concern. Michigan picked up a silent commit from a guy they like better. His offer wasn't binding.

Pick any one of those you're about to read from the guy who likes to edumacate us from the other school and run with it. It will be one of those.

I think this kid is going to be great. His height is the reason for his low rating then? Most DE's are 6'4 or taller

He has an amazing football name and I can't wait to hear his name called for the Blackshirts.

Piss of you punk *** message board hero! You name call and trash anybody with differing opinions and unfortunately the mods allow it! Well F You!
Oh sign tard... I went after a Michigan fan that continously posts lies and today put down our newest recruit. I know you blo-tards want everything to fail, but I will always defend the kids and call out morons when I see them.
Now run along, change your IP, and tell everyone how you will never come here anymore. Then get another username and come back.

I'm sure the kid was in the room..if you have a sub to TOS you can read the exact quotes yourself...btw, nice language tough guy
I am not the mouth-breather that attempts to put down new commits on another schools site, after the school I cheer for misses on them. So the points stands, you are truly a pathetic piece of trash for putting down a teenager who didn't pick you.
Is that what a "Michigan man" does?
P.S. .... I don't give 2 ***** what bs site you choose to believe says. They were not in the room either.

Ellobo, you seem like you pay pretty close attention to recruiting news, and I generally think you are an OK guy that brings some valuable information to this board, but you really set yourself up for some major abuse when you think you know it all and it blows up in your face. One thing an expensive education doesn't always buy...is the knowledge that a little humility goes a long way.
