Dinosaur BBQ is really good (only because it is the only locally owned place that has anything close to southern cooking), but honestly, I wouldn't venture into Rochester very much. When I first moved to the area 6 years ago, I always felt completely safe. That has changed drastically. We then used to go to a suburb called Greece which was pretty safe, but that has gotten worse as well. We mainly go to Victor now. Of course, I have my family with me almost all of the time, and with a name like BigHarryBolz, you may not have too much to worry about.

What about south wedge?
Rough neighborhood. Dinosaur BBQ is very close to that. My daughter was born at highland hospital which might be the best hospital in the area as all others are overcrowded. We love Poke Sushi, which is in South Wedge. Strong Museum of Play is great if you have kids. Even if you don't, it's pretty neat.

I should add if you feel like you are having heart problems, go to Rochester General. There is a lot of history in Rochester if you are into that type of thing.
