I think my favorite forearm workout is the reverse EZ barbell curl (palms down). That **** always lights up the upper forearms.
But the Spindle & Rope setup will make you cry.

See nurse ratched thread.Anyone have a couple good forearm exercises? TIA
DLs are God's Gift to us all BROTHER! You should get back in, you'll feel like a million bucks again! GEt that TEST FLOWING!!!!Dang I found this thread and it makes me want to get back to lifting. Nearing 60 now, quit at 50 when I was stronger than I had ever been (for a little ole man). Loved the DL plug. It'll cure what ails you.

BROsay, MI CARNAL!!!!Dear BROheim,
Cool thread, bro. The info-to-entertainment ratio is on point. It’s like an infomercial on roids...but only in a positive way...not the “after school movie” exposes roid-rage kind of way.
Re: forearms
Say it with me: Zottman curls or bust. Been that way since the dawn of time. Admittedly, I’m old AF & the only gorillas at my house are the goal and the glue...but you stick with what gets the job done.
Re: cardio
Old man hoops for me. I get in 3-4 miles & I’m draining so many 3’s that I don’t even realize cardio is involved. Remove the basketball from the equation & I’m stopping at +/- 1/2 mile...leaning heavily towards the under.
Keep on keeping on...
Yours Truly,
Kaizer BROsay
Deadlifts, squats, bench, rows, pullups. Have they invented something new in the last 10 years?DLs are God's Gift to us all BROTHER! You should get back in, you'll feel like a million bucks again! GEt that TEST FLOWING!!!!

Have done 1 cycle each of Osterine and RAD 140.Thoughts on SARMs
Actually there's a bunch of new stuff. New Supps, Lifts, Classes, Yoga is blowing up, Cold Tubs are everywhere now, etc. What you mentioned will work for everyone of course and its the bread and butter but not the end all be all, especially if you're trying to get a one way ticket to SHREDSVILLE, USA BrotherDeadlifts, squats, bench, rows, pullups. SkyBRO---Does THAT mean you KNOW GOD up in the sky and all, pretty cool bruh.Have done 1 cycle each of Osterine and RAD 140.
Like the RAD better.
Gained the most with Osterine but had more lean gains on the RAD.
No negative side effects other than a little too much water retention with the O.
The downside for me was that the gains don't last and like Rouge said a lot we dont know about SARMs so its a risk/reward thing.
I agree with test>SARMs is prob best route.

Also, a LOT of smoke working out at gyms now, didn't use to be the case as much. Last gym in Key West was 70/30 girls to guys, new one in Lex is prob 50/50. smile...

Where are those sold? Got a link?New food item I'm liking.. Overnight Oats. The one I get has some crazy good flavors.. and packs a whooping 22g of Protein and 7 grams of fiber, for only ~300 calories. Bonus that it's almost fully all-natural, aside from some containing Sucralose.. which I know isn't great.. but ****, we can't just eat dirt all day long. You can also meal prep these, too.. and make a few in advanced.

These are great I've heard. I make a big bowl of them in about 5 minutes with my own steel cut oats, chia seeds, local honey, peanut butter and scoops of protein. Delicious and cheap. Can pound about 4-5 BRO bites in 30 seconds and you're FULL for your morning gym seshies...New food item I'm liking.. Overnight Oats. Duuuuuuuude, was that just a mind-meld we had OR did we just BROcome BESTIES.....REAL WHEY
Don't know about the pudding but my overnight oats are always just like BROgurt (TradeMark pending) or a little thicker and never mushy. Hopefully make some tonight if I have the energy after two workouts and work.I’ve made the homemade overnight oats before and they were just too mushy. Or maybe I’m thinking of overnight chia pudding that I didn’t like.

I gotta say, that's a great pun.Oh yeah, thats the REAL WHEY to do overnight oats!
I've only ever conducted VO2 Max at a hospital so I don't know where you'd go, I know my cardio is awful but the realest of real BROS definitely hit some cardio pre or post workout. I've started doing muscle-specific KB circuits lately to do both at the same time. Purposely waited til I was taking time off the heavy stuff to do that.Any y'all have any recs on where to get VO2 max testing, as well as a DEXA scan (preferably in the same place)? I know cardio **** is kinda anathema to BRO culture, but believe me I ain't no skinny little jackrabbit by any means. I've just always been curious what my true aerobic capacity is. As always, TIA.
