I was listening to a Philly radio station this morning and they were talking to Charles Barkley. Barkley was commenting on how soft players are these days. They had been talking about Joel Embiid sitting out back to back games. Barkley joked about hockey players who get stitched up on the bench and go back into the game. Barkley said if it was an NBA player they'd be out for the season.

Ace finished with 20. Didn’t get a lot of minutes in the second half. Jazz were up big.

Nice game for Ace. But what awful basketball and it ls getting worse. 260pts scored with 64 FT attempts.

NBA is so soft. In FIBA 2/3rds of those fouls don’t got called .

crappy basketball to watch. no defense and so many FTs. Glad I didn’t tune in

EuroLeague is higher quality if you’re looking from a standpoint of real defense and identification of offensive sets being run

talent wise individually obviously not but from a standpoint of strategy and not just rolling the ball out wait til April for the nba

No .... Cam does not belong on this list - not an RU player, doesn't identify as one, hurt RU badly by the timing of his leaving. Boo!
You’re not wrong, but I do admit to sort of rooting for him to succeed.

I'm late to this thread but saw Ace had 20 points, including a highlight reel reverse dunk.

How did the Pacers go from being a final 4 team to 1-10 and no defense? 152 points is ridiculous.
Edit - I googled it - season-ending injuries to key players Tyrese Haliburton and T.J. McConnell, and the free agency departure of starting center Myles Turner

Sucks Dylan is injured as he was playing great.

No issue with mentioning Cam in these posts - he's having a remarkable season. He doesn't fit the mold of the modern NBA player so his success is noteworthy.

Great to see RHJ playing with the big club. Nice job by the coach getting him some minutes in garbage time. He looked good!

Also awesome to see Ace with two straight 20+ games. The NBA style of play suits him. Let's see him continue to make progress.

Have you looked at his numbers over the last three games and the record he set, twelve games into his NBA career? Yeah, a______le, how could anyone be surprised?
You didn’t think he was capable of scoring 21,20 and 14 when given a chance as a starter ?

Tough game for Ace tonight. 5 fouls in only 9 minutes of play. 5 points.

Ace will get much stronger as he matures and gets trained. That he is able to score in the NBA at this point is amazing. Massive upside.

He was also a plus 6 in their loss to the Lakers last night, while almost every other player was a minus.
