Soul Crushing. Won't speculate, but the young man has had some devastating knee injuries, and they just don't supply a man a handbook for how to go about life after football.
I saw a stat once that the 2 groups of people with highest suicide rates are military service members after getting out and athletes after their career is done. Makes sense too, a major chapter of your life is done and for some that chapter was a long chapter and all they knew in a way. Those major transitions are tough.

And I firmly believe the portal school hop will only make this worse as many of these kids will never have a degree to fall back on and the money chase will never teach them how to manage a paycheck.

Moore was such a great talent. I remember Frost’s first season in 2018 when we played against him and Purdue. He had this start stop/fast twitch ability that you rarely see even in the NFL. Made many NU linebackers head spin that day.

Very sad. I've followed this guy's career as former Husker Wandale Robinson was often compared to him. But Moore's NFL career was a complete bust while Wandale found the perfect landing spot with the Giants.
