Not the Bama of old, where could automatically pencil them in as winning 80% of the time.

The big question to me in this game is how good Indiana really is.

I like Bama here. When good teams are told they don’t belong, they typically respond well. Everyone has been patting Indiana on the head and telling them good job.

Lots of green around Pasadena with all the rain they've had. Generating fuel for the next fire I suppose.

I am tired of the narrative that the Big Ten is so much better than the SEC. Ohio State with a tremendous turd last night helped, but the national media will totally change their tune if Bama beats Indiana, As much as it pains me, I will just grit my teeth and pull for Alabama.

I don’t think that’s the narrative. the narrative all season was that the sec was above everyone else, this five teams in the playoffs and espn promotion.

I am tired that each year, people reference bowl games as evidence of whether a conference was better or worse than another conference.

My opinion is that Indiana/Ohio State/Oregon are about the same as Georgia/Alabama with A & M/Oklahoma/Ole Miss/Texas just a little behind them. There is not a 2nd tier in the Big Ten anywhere close to that 2nd group in the SEC. The next tier of the Big Ten USC/Illinois/Michigan is more equal to Tennessee/Missouri than the 2nd tier of the SEC.

Wasn’t Vandy 10-2 and Iowa just kicked their azz ?

I knew I was forgetting a school in both leagues. Iowa should be in the 2nd group og Big Ten schools. Vandy was somewhat a product of their schedule although you are correct about that outcome.

Indiana O line blowing Bama off the ball.

OH My , Cig on the goal line, throws a dart to the corner of the end zone. What a well coached efficient machine IU is.
