Well, at least we won't have to worry about them outSickrecruiting us.I'm not even kidding. Holy cow wtf is Purdue thinking?
what does that have to do with hiring Ross Els? Unless you mean they are trying to prevent that from ever happening again. They beat us
Ha!what does that have to do with hiring Ross Els? Unless you mean they are trying to prevent that from ever happening again.
Nobody looks good coaching LB's in Bo's scheme where he slows them down with details and decisions, the LB's have more on their plate than anyone. Bo's scheme was a blowout waiting to happen in the B1G.I'm not even kidding. Holy cow wtf is Purdue thinking?
Wow-he succeeded at an NAIA school over 15 years ago! You seriously think that's something important?Nobody looks good coaching LB's in Bo's scheme where he slows them down with details and decisions, the LB's have more on their plate than anyone. When you see a guy wearing 3 hats like he did at NU, it's for a reason, he's a quality coach. Purdue took the best coach they could get being Purdue.
Reading his BIO this stands out as something most people don't know. He was the head coach at Hastings College, where he compiled a 32-9 record from 1997 to 2000, including NAIA playoff appearances in 1998 and 1999. His 1999 team reached the national quarterfinals, and both his regular 1998 and 1999 teams posted perfect 10-0 regular seasons. That doesn't happen by accident.
He wasn't one of my favorite coaches, but he's a good coach.
