I'm really surprised of the Mt Airy-Carvian game. Until ER they hadn't beaten anyone very good including Mitchell but apparently they're just a good team. MH beat Mitchell 54-12, Carvian beat them 42-6. Next week's game should be a good one especially if Carvian are that good against the run.

I would say the chosen school mt airy is not the Mecca of high school football

Well if Corvian is able to stop Mtn Heritage running game like apparently they did against MA then MH will be in trouble especially if they get behind a couple TDs. With their QB having over 1k more yards rushing than passing they're not a come from behind team.

Again Mt.Airy had a good team! They were no where near as complete of a team as last year and also, you can’t replace Coach JK Atkins in one year. Mt.Airy’s Offense was just ok..It had a one hitter quitter in the backfield. They had a great defense. But a team that has athletes.. runs a tricky offense and has a disruptive defense is gonna give teams a challenge and problems!
