The first RPI rankings are out but don’t put much stock in it, they don’t have AC Reynolds in 3A, but have us #17 in 4A west. Amazing they can’t even know what division teams are in!

I still don't understand why opponents opponents winning percentage matters... your winning percentage and your opponents winning percentage, plus what level are they from seems like it would matter more.
It doesn't take into account playing 1A schools or playing 4A schools. That's a huge descepancy to me. On the other hand, my opponents opponents are irrelevant to me. Jmo

If they can’t get schools in their proper classifications then these are all meaningless. ACR is 17th in 4A as a 3A school. I’m guessing we would be top 10 in 3A.
Piedmont High dropped to 3A from 4A this year and into the 3A/2A Conference with Forest Hills but they're still 4A in the RPI. Even other sites other than the RPI are wrong. CalPreps has Whiteville in 1A and they're 2A.
Yep, still have J.M. Robinson in 2A and Piedmont still in 4A . They updated but didn't correct the numerous errors.
