The team battle race is between VT, MSU , RU, Navy and Air Force.
Each team has 7 wrestlers alive (MSU has 10)

Looks like Pagano has moved another step up the ladder as 197 starter
MSU absolutely dominated us today up and down the lineup except for Pagano..doesn't bode well for our dual this year lol
Correnti is frustrating.. just when he seems to be turning the corner, he loses a match like this. That kid was a backup with a career D1 record of 17-37 going into today.
We stink, rarely win matches we are favored in, too many guys happy to let people hang Around so we can lose in the end. Very few upsets.
Not a lot of Upper Classmen to set good examples for the younger guys, at least on the Mat. Our best wrestlers are freshmen and RS Frosh outside of maybe Grello and Pagano

I would not go that far, team is in a transition year and with the youth of the team, gonna be some good wins and bad losses. Just look at Alvarez, just had nice bounce back win against the ranked kid from VA Tech. Hopefully the young guns keep improving and at tourney time they are ready to make some noise. Some of the "veterans" at this point maybe what we see is what we get.
Aguilar with a huge win over Joey Prata from VT to move into the finals!
He was ranked #25 by Flo and beat Malik Heinselmen this year.
Nice win. Aguilar has Gage Curry from American in the finals. Curry is a 2x NCAA qualifier with a 79-38 career record. Should be a good match.
Appreciate the passion but you have to put this in perspective. One, everyone in college is tough. Kudos to Michigan State on their depth. Two, lots of teams/individuals seeing these type of results. Just one example. The kid Gerard Angelo wrestles in the next consi round pinned then #2 Sammy Sasso last week. Today he lost to an unranked kid from Bucknell. It’s a combination of style matchups, weight cuts and yes, in some cases mental/physical toughness. Just need to keep a level perspective.
