For the second consecutive week, quarterback Dexter Williams II is listed as questionable as he recovers from a torn ACL suffered in the 2022 season finale. It's unclear who will start at quarterback between Williams, Tayven Jackson and Brendan Sorsby.
After missing the last three games, running back Josh Henderson could potentially play today. If not, Jaylin Lucas, Christian Turner and Trent Howland will take care of running back duties.
Wide receiver E.J. Williams continues to be hampered by an apparent hand or wrist injury. He's listed questionable for Saturday, but is not on the two-deep depth chart.
Another notable name is Zach Carpenter, Indiana's starting center, who's listed questionable. Redshirt freshman Bray Lynch would take over at center if Carpenter can't play.
As for the players listed out, linebacker Kaiden Turner is the only surprise, though he hasn't played significant snaps for Indiana this season. Starting cornerback Jamier Johnson remains out, as does guard Max Longman, who started the Louisville game but has been hampered by injuries for most of the season.
Everything I've heard from the Indiana side is that Williams will not play.
