Soft tissue injury in area of ribs/chest. The linked article is a good read, and the video is very good too. In the video, the beat writers talk about how Michigan's defense has let up the last two games and they had problems with the read option against Minnesota.

On Rudock playing:
"It depends, there's no magic formula, other than that player is our best option or gives us the best chance to win, whatever the position you're talking about," Harbaugh said.

Sound familiar?

Who cares if Rudock gives Michigan the best chance to win? What I want to know is who gives them the best chance to go 1-0 this week.

Will special teams be horrible again this week? Start game and kick ball out of bounds. Miss another field goal. Coverage on punt teams were bad.

Will the whine fest continue all week on every thread, even ones that are not about whining?
Start another whining thread if you want to cry a river. Or pick one of the hundreds and join that one.

I hear you Knight Shift, but this is a very angry fan base right now. It's very hard to control the heat of a boiling pot, as long as a fire is burning. Wow, that was heavy! Where do I get that stuff from!? LOL

Back to the topic of this thread....who is the backup? Unlike many here, I want to win any, and every game on the schedule. If we win out, this season could very well be a springboard for the program. We have many really good athletes on this Rutgers team, who deserve something positive for this year. And, we are playing MICHIGAN! Go RU!

Russell Wilson tweeted back in September that the Seahawks' goal is to go 1-0 every week. Are they a bunch of losers, or small time?

#13 ranked Utah linebacker Jared Norris says they go into every week thinking, "OK we've got to be 1-0 this week to get to be where we want to be at the end of this season." Are they small time?

A quick search shows that Northwestern and Penn State say the same thing. It's not uncommon. Get on Flood all you want for some of his antics and sayings, but not this one.
