Also, that it shows he apparently doesn't realize that HIPAA has still been violated by the nurse in the first place when she told him information.
i can see you have been made aware of this, but i would get really fuzzy on the details if you are ever contacted (as unlikely as it may be) about this. its 100% a HIPAA violation and grounds for fines or dismissal of your source. this from someone in the medical field and constantly made aware of HIPAA regulations. also, not trying to be a snob, but its HIPAA not HIPPA...a common mistake.
