That Les Koenning is interested in the Sam Houston State HC vacancy. Can anybody substantiate this??
Nothing against Les. He's done what he's asked to do. But if him leaving means that Mullen hires a good OC and hands the reigns over to him, then I see that as a good thing.
The real question is which recruit is Ole miss after that Les Koenning is recruiting for us?
Precisely.
And the original poster did zero to mask it.
Just a ploy to stack more of that messageboard $**I turned it back on in mid December but didn't announce it. If it gets bad, I will turn off registration again. The trolling isn't as bad when we win the Egg Bowl.
SHSU Alum and thx for the insight. If you're a SHSU fan and asking our opinion, I have no idea how he'd be as a coach. He was basically at the end of the college coaching road before Mullen called him, and I think he's learned a lot being on a successful staff... I could see him being a good HC, but I honestly don't know. He splits his responsibilities with Mullen. Nothing to really gauge him on, but our players love him which can't be a bad thing.
