For some reason I've been worried Staley will leave. Probably not happy he is our 4th guy. Didn't he have some attitude problems in high school also?

Did Staley tell you that he was not happy? Comments like this serve nothing positive for our football players or program. I agree with QuaoarsKing's quote "Why would you even post this?"

They also all have very poor character in addition to their extremely injury prone steroid-riddled bodies.

Yeah, count me in that group as well. With Williams playing last year, we had to go to OT against an Arkansas team that hadn't beaten an SEC school in 1.5 years, and then I have little doubt that we would have lost the Egg Bowl had Dak not come in. Our offense had been pretty stagnant up until that point.

I'm not saying that we'd lose either of the next two with Damian playing, but I wouldn't be nearly as confident.

If the Dak rumor is true I'm sure the #3 will play Saturday to get some game reps.

It was by design. The offense looked stagnant with Dak in the OK State game too.

We didn't give Damian the keys to the Ferrari last year -- we were ultra-conservative game management mode with him basically admitting that "he wasn't ready". He's alot closer to ready now -- and you'll see a very different guy with the full offense at his disposal if he has to play significant snaps going forward IMO...

Ummm, Russell played until the end of the 4th quarter against Arkansas. And Williams won the game on a long touchdown run. If we were stagnant against Arkansas it wasn't Williams' fault.

Because coaches parse message boards in prep for games.***

I never understood why it matters if these rumors get out. What is UAB going to radically alter their gameplan? It will come out eventually, how does the news make a difference. Or is it just to avoid mass-hysteria, cats and dogs living together?

You think they are in the "film room" all the time watching film? NOPE; message board surfing

Recruiting = same thing. Frequent message boards, occasionally attend a game for looks.

You need to crank up your sense of self-importance and begin to severely overestimate the power of the message board or stop posting and shut down NAFOOM while you are at it!****

Not the same pattern

Has anyone explained why the F two receivers were running the same f'n pattern?

Jameon broke off his pattern and tracked the ball which he should NOT do. The ball was 100% intended for De'Runnya and he was running the appropriate pattern. In fact, I think had Jameon not broken off his route and tracked the ball the ref would have been able to sidestep and De'Runnya could have caught the ball. When you hear coaches talk about receivers they talk about the ability to run routes. They don't talk about the ability to "wing it". I love Jameon, but he needs to stay on his route for this thing to work properly...

I'm pretty sure Bear would have made the catch if not for Jameon

running into him. The ball was perfectly thrown and was right on his fingertips before he was slammed into by Jameon. The ball and Bear were going past the ref when Jameon ran into both of them. When Bear hobbled off the field I was thinking what a Mississippi State thing to happen, your top wide receiver getting injured in a blowout win because he gets run into by a teammate running the wrong route.
