Rutgers’ athletics director and its three highest-paid coaches will take 10% pay reductions over the next four months as the university struggles with the economic impact of COVID-19 and an anticipated $200 million shortfall for the 2020 fiscal year.

Expected. There are a lot of cuts at Arizona, but the football and (men's) basketball coach are not included because of whatever is in their contracts. I think they are "negotiating" a voluntary reduction.

Also like RU, Arizona stopped the capital projects for now.
