Your entitled to your opinion but as someone who grew up with him, playing both with and against him in multiple sports, trust me, he is NOT the quiet guy on the sidelines you see when he's coaching in public. Dan has the kind of fire, within, that enable skrawny kids to kick the **** out of others (on the field of play). He was every opponent's nightmare, quietly getting in your face in soccer as he headed before becoming a BE MVP, leading a team in scoring on the hardwood, or conquering wrestling in a single off-season, while driving you crazy and knocking you down with his talent.
So, you can think what you'd like, and you may be right, but I highly doubt that doesn't translate into his coaching (in positive ways, of course, not negative ones...).
