Anyone aware of a Rutgers bar in center city, or a bar confirmed to play the game?

Well, Phillipsburg isn't Philly, but good to see the club is hosting an event. As for Philly, I don't know, but soccer bars may be a good place to start. I am guessing most will have Peacock to show Premier League games.

I don’t know if PJ Whelihans carries Peacock but the one Bar Manager at the PJs in Medford struck up a conversation with me over the summer when he saw my Rutgers polo.

He’s a Rutgers grad and said he always looks to put football and basketball games on.

It’s outside of Philly but passing along this info for Rutgers grads in Medford/Mt. Laurel/Marlton for future games.

I mean good for our alumni in West Jerssey/Northeastern PA ....BUT....as someone who grew up in Hamilton I would NEVER have considered P'Burg a part of the "Greater Philadelphia Area." You'd THINK there would be an AA Club actually IN Philsdephia, no?

The black sheep on 17th has Peacock and has always been accommodating when I asked for something on the TVs. I think the BPL games should all be over by then. Give them a call

Right....BUT they're having their game watch party 80-miles away in P'Burg. NEW JERSEY...Really, REALLY odd IMHO.
Didn't know that. However, you can always contact a Philadelphia member or officer for suggestions on where to go in the city if you're not going to Phillipsburg.

But agree that having a P-Club gathering 80 miles away is strange.

That is the Rutgers Club of Lehigh Valley.

No idea why Tango posted that link…OP would be better off going to New Brunswick than Philipsburg lol.

From:

Give 'em a call and see if they get the game. Good luck!

Team: Rutgers
Bar: O’Neals Pub
It’s hard having back-to-back losing seasons, so it’s only right that the folks at O’Neals take care of Rutgers fans. This family-owned Irish pub in Queen Village serves $3.75 Bud Lights all day, as well as breakfast sandwiches until 10 p.m. If Rutgers manages to squeeze out a win in conference play, grab one of the pub’s frozen margaritas. Head’s up: They show most college football games inside, as well as on their street-side area and back patio. 611 South 3rd Street.

Team: Wisconsin
Bar: Cavanaugh’s Rittenhouse
Wisconsin fans get the benefit of Cavanaugh’s new two-story Rittenhouse location, which is outfitted with wall-to-wall TVs. While you’re watching the Badgers play hard-nose Big Ten football, order from Cavanaugh’s Saturday specials list, like $18 Bud Light buckets and $24 White Claw buckets. Make it an even better Saturday and load up on Philly-style tots topped with steak, onions and, cheese. 1921 Sansom Street.
