A Hyatt breakout living up to this offseason hype would be so huge for us. He was a highly rated recruit at one point

I wonder if Paul's reports of being difficult affected Hyatt more than others. A lot of these reports seem to mention Hyatt being more vocal and confident which could be a result of Paul no longer being there

A surprising comment was Hyatt leading the team in assists in a lot of practices which would be a welcomed addition to his game

The change in style of play may benefit him more than anyone else.
If he's really handling the ball well and leading in assists, he'll look like a different player. That would be amazing.

Sounds like this is possible major benefit of others moving on. If his performance continues into the regular season, it will be another great plus for the team. And there is no way we finish 10th in the league. He also looks even stronger than before. Glad to see he was rewarded with being a captain.

He’s had some interesting moments to say the least . The clutch Indiana free throws . The wrong way in the Toto minnesota game.
