Why not?

OSU is NOT the number 1 team in the country according to many polls. Good? Yes. Great? NO!

Suppose they have a WTF game? It is time for them to have 5 turnovers, like Bama did versus Ole Miss.

It is time for the defense to RISE to the occasion!

It is time for the WR's to shine. It is time for Flood to prove he is worth more than the salary he is being paid.

Why not now? Why CANT we have what we want? I say it is our time, our place, our desire, our destiny, to shock the hell out of the system and BEAT OSU. It is time to put aside our demons and beat the bastards who are trying to keep us from fulfilling our destiny!

Oregon was OSU's WTF game last year. 4 unforced turnovers. Ended up doing okay.

It's always possible, but unfortunately for Rutgers, I think Ohio State has gotten its WTF games out of the way early with Indiana and Northern Illinois.

Just a little color Theodore. You're probably right, but Southern Gentleman is an Arkansas resident and fan. He's become a valued friend and supporter of our team and this site since our home and home a few years back. He even came to our first game this year.

SG ... Love the post... That's the spirit we need. Why not .. No one expects us to compete

OSU seems bored. I watched them a lot last year, and outside of the Va. Tech game, it seemed pretty obvious they had a massive amount of talent and were also playing to win something. I posted on the board well before the playoffs that the looked like a jr. NFL team. Going into the playoff they were carrying a ton of momentum.

Watching this year, I don't see the same zest of yet. With our luck they start playing with it Sat., but they seem instead of playing like they are trying to win something, they look more like they are trying not to lose something.

If/when they let it rip, look out. Let's hope it's not Saturday. Long odds for us, but that is why you play the game. Anything can happen come Sat. night.

Looked to me like they "started playing with it" last Saturday once JT came into the game.

Thanks! I still love my Hogs but, damn, this season has hurt my pride!

Sometimes the ball bounces funny. Anything can happen, and often does! Ask Michigan.

I have to agree with Northern Illinois. 5 turnovers and only 2 teams (Boston College and Miami U.) have scored fewer points on Northern Illinois than Ohio State.

We've had two 4 turnover games in the middle of a 20 game winning streak...somehow we keep winning despite desperately trying to trip ourselves up.

Indiana was OSU's wtf game.

Still think we can scare them with their QB change and what should be a crazy atmosphere at HPSS.

From your mouth to God's ear, SG. I just hope PSU was our WTF game and that we only have one of them this year.

Well, we could use a 4 turnover game by OSU, hopefully that keeps the final point total down a bit, more respectable... What RU also needs is a couple of sustained drives.... That combo is what we need

As I was reloading the trunk of my car while here in Indianapolis this morning, I found another magnetic block "R".

It's a sign I tell ya'.

It's now proudly displayed on my car as I drive around this weekend.
