Rutgers vs. Miami Betting Line ?

I have a betting lines app I always look at that aggregates a bunch of lines from the top books. For some reason every single bowl game has a betting line up except for Rutgers / Miami. Wonder why there is no line set yet... has anyone seen a betting line and an over/under for the RU game? Just curious

I’ve seen -4.5 , which will def move
