It’s been a long Monday.
Put me down for one of those with the incorrect opinion. So much for the opinions that there was no way it wouldn't be at noon.
You weren't flippant or dismissive about it.Put me down for one of those with the incorrect opinion.
But I also forgot last year was at 4pm too.![]()
I can dig that.I like noon kickoffs in November. Always want 3:30 for September/October.
Some guy said if 3:30 it would only be on something called peacockSo much for the opinions that there was no way it wouldn't be at noon.
Yeah, I'd much rather have the Labor Day weekend game be on the road. But only one game in late November is good.I can dig that.
Also would prefer 2 home games a month instead of front loading the schedule.
If that one is going to be home I’d prefer Friday night.Yeah, I'd much rather have the Labor Day weekend game be on the road. But only one game in late November is good.
Or even NJN (Channels 50, 52 or 58 - depending on where you live) with Pat Scanlon on the call.In a tribute to the good old days this game may be aired on channel 13.
Noon isn't bad. Just ask USC@Colorado. Kickoff at 10am local time. 2nd 10am game for Colorado.Thank goodness. I am not a huge fan of the noon kickoffs.
The home schedule will always be somewhat front loaded. For the most part, we open with the OOC games, Two of the three OOC games will always be at home. Some years (like this one), all three.I can dig that.

All 3 going forward should be at home. The home schedule will always be somewhat front loaded. For the most part, we open with the OOC games, Two of the three OOC games will always be at home. Some years (like this one), all three.
All three OOC at home means no P5 OOC, since no P5 team will accept anything less than home-and-home. Previously, the B1G had a policy that everyone played at least one P5 OOC per year. Whether they still care about that, or whether we care, I do not know. All 3 going forward should be at home.
But this year’s opener, Northwestern (not an OOC) could be an away game next year. That’s one less. Throw in a bye and maybe we can do better.
Fine by me. Especially if the B1G is sticking with a 9 game (or maybe 10 someday) game schedule. All three OOC at home means no P5 OOC, since no P5 team will accept anything less than home-and-home. We play @ Va Tech in 2024. @ BC in 2026, * and @ Kansas State in 2030.
At least 3:30 games give some shade. There's no escaping it at 12pm noon kicks.Noon isn't bad. Just ask USC@Colorado. Kickoff at 10am local time. 2nd 10am game for Colorado.
I'll take the sun when it 60/75At least 3:30 games give some shade. There's no escaping it at 12pm noon kicks.
Noon Sewercuse games?Prefer nooners or evening games to be able to watch other games at home after or before a lengthy tailgate.
And Bob Casciola with the color.Or even NJN (Channels 50, 52 or 58 - depending on where you live) with Pat Scanlon on the call.
