Rutgers should have saved everyone the trouble and fired him today.

the PSA and the booing that will happen will clearly make sure that any booing is not mistaken for booing the players. Its a good thing. There is a reason I like Ms Hermann
Booing anyone doing at PSA is just so low class. Be a better human.
Instead of being a bunch of whiny b*tches maybe you should take a minute to research what that PSA is about. You want to boo during that spot then so be it, but the program was created out of a tragedy.

Anyone with common sense knows the booing isn't directed at the PSA message. IMO, the louder the booing, the better, especially if it attended by those than can do something about this abhorrent coach.
Between complaining about people booing during a PSA, complaining about something with our mascot at the Army game (honestly don't care enough to get all the info on that) and whatever else, Flood supporters really seem to have strong opinions about class. Kind of ironic coming from supporters of a coach who has seen how many of his players get arrested this year, and who tried to get a grade changed for one of his players.
Nobody is arguing Kyle Flood's contractually obligated support to charity.
Rutgers knows what the PSA is about, they know exactly what the reaction from the crowd will be, and they are going to run it.
These are not the actions of an administration with a long term plan that includes Kyle Flood.

Will they run the PSA in the 4 Q to keep people in the stadium. ?
What is the choice?
They can run the Flood version of the PSA, knowing that it will inevitably be booed.
Or they can run the Eddie Jordan version of the PSA, which basically sends a message that the administration knows that the fans disapprove of Flood.
I think as long as Flood is HC, they need to run the Flood version.
Option C: have Joe Nolan read the script with a screenshot of the HERO logo playing on the screen. Nobody would notice Flood wasn't a part of it.
there are a lot of places that "class" should be expected. it's weird that college football games appear to be one of them. there are so many more important places and things in life than football. but, I agree, if you are the type of person that believes you should always act in a certain way than everyone should strive to be "classy" even at a football game that means absolutely nothing in the grand scheme of things.
Of course they will run the PSA. Typically tone-deaf RU admin. And they don't care what we/you think of Fludd.
There is simply no other way of getting through to the people, whomever they are, within the AD or admin or BOG who insist on the continued foisting of Flood on this fanbase despite near universal opposition to his continued tenure.
They don't answer emails.
They don't answer reporters.
Since Barchi suspended Flood in September for shaming the University, it's been radio silence.
Silence should not be met with silence. RU has shown ever since FHJ, they only know how to respond when there is scandal and outcry and a mass booing is one such opportunity.
Everyone outside of the admin including the players is well aware of this.
How about RU handles a coaching situation properly and then complain when there is booing.
They don't answer emails.
