I was talking about that with a friend the other day. Duncan has 5 titles, 2 mvp's, 3 finals mvp's, in his first 13 seasons he was all nba or defensive teams, 14 time all star. He made the 13 all star team at 37 years old, he averaged 15 & 10 this year at 38. And nobody really talks about him as a all time great or gives a **** about him. Latrell Spreewell and Kwame Brown probably had more jersey sales this year than Duncan.
Tim is one of the greatest players and arguably the greatest player of his generation. He has also done it with 100 percent class.

At least a small part of that is that those titles have been won over 15 years, and never have they won two in a row. That doesn't make it any less impressive, but I don't know that they necessarily fit my definition of "dynasty".
