While Hoke is better, “better” is relative. Overall, the entire league is down a little this year. The Scots and Raiders are experiencing dips of a nature neither are accustomed. What does that mean - what all’s at the heart of the downturns? There are many factors. I’ve believed for a few weeks now that Pinecrest or Lee Co. will frontrun for the league championship this season. We’ll all get some better insight into that this week as Hoke takes on Lee. Elevating the degrees of difficulty for the Bucks is the ejection loss of one of their better players vs. the Scots. But - IF the remaining cast can offset that deficit, it could make the rank & file at the end of this week extremely interesting. On the other hand, the Richmond-Pinecrest game this week will also help to begin to better sort matters for the conference as well. No matter how you slice it, today begins a Big week!
