I've said before, many (if not all) of the GOP front runners are "meh" in my eyes...I don't really care for any of them. I said way back when Trump was getting steam that there was a reason for it and people (i.e. the establsihement folks) had better take notice of it.
I've never said McConnell is a smart man (quiet the opposite actually). If the GOP was smart they would simply say "We will wait and see who the President nominates, and then go through the process accordingly." They could easily drag this out until November if they keep their mouth shut.
Well, I think racist comments should be out of bounds. Although this OT forum doesn't get the activity of the others, I'm sure it would be embarrassing to me, if i ran it, to have racist comments displayed for a lot of reasons.
I understand your point...I wonder though where is the line drawn on an OT forum - can we post pics of women in variuos stages of undress? Can we make statements about young/old people? etc., etc., etc. Who decides what is acceptable and what is offensive and should be forbidden on here? I don't know - just asking the question.
Take it to Vernon. By putting personal information out there without his approval, you open Vernon up to a lawsuit by him. It's the reason it's against the TOS.
It's the reason the Mu board shut downt their smack board. A few people would put personal information out there on other posters and they received a lot of complaints. And there is something the lawsuit thing I believe. I understand why Doc is upset (and I understand why mneilmont is PO'd) but it's best to steer clear of posting personal information.

This thread actually just caused me to put both of them on ignore and on the OT board of all places. Completely devoid of class in both instances. The one I knew about from his days poisoning the Blue Lot. Luckily Vern ended that reign of ******** several years ago. The other, well, it just is what it is.
