In a compliance situation, I cannot think of one example where someone gives up everything immediately. Any company, institution, or person with reasonable competence does not volunteer more information than necessary. Why? Because we live in a litigious and agenda-driven society. Once the administration gives information to the SEC or NCAA, they cannot control how or to whom the information is released. <div>
</div><div>Just wait and see how slowly Auburn gives information to the NCAA, while fully complying. It will be a lengthy back-and-forth process. </div><div>
</div><div>I'm sure Scarbinsky and the rest of the Auburn Family will continue to shout "Auburn would not be in this situation if Miss State would have just told them the Newton's wanted money on November 27."</div><div>
