I'm officially worried that we're now coming out of the locker room with either red tops/black bottoms or vice versa. [sick]

Maybe the scarlet uniforms, but with black or white letters/numbers instead of chrome?

Either of those are 1000000000x better options than a red/black top/bottom combo!
They can come out wearing pink leotards w/frilly trim for all I care as long as they win the game.
They know this is primetime and a chance to show something different. I would hope this is going to look good. No one likes the reds anyway so I can't see them being worse then they already are.
Blame the OP for the lack of context rather than turn this into yet another whetstone for grinding an axe against Flood.
Now that I think about it that would be really tough to do, no? It's already known we're still wearing "scarlet," but that the "surprise" will be seen when we take the field, so is there enough time for the entire team to change bottoms in that short stretch? No, right? Which, unfortunately, leaves the almost-as-bad black top and red pant combo IF that's what the "twist" is going to be.

Things were better for many when asking a coach about uniforms wasn't necessary...
We have Christmas ornaments that look just like their helmets. We don't use them because they're ugly.

I am now hoping for Red tops and Black pants just to see people on here gets are bend out of shape over nothing important. That is always fun.

Any of those combinations - scarlet & black or scarlet & white are WAY better than the red on red. Hope to see something classy looking on Saturday night rather than the usual.
The more I think about it the more I think it'll be a helmet switch. Simplest thing to do in such a short period of time.
