New scoreboard club level tickets are regular season ticket price + $1,100 to the BC.. Correct?

Is that $1,100 a one time cost? Also, how many years do I have to pay that back?

Makes sense, but I thought the application I saw mentioned a giving plan over X years. It has to be more than a one time $1,100 upfront cost though.
