A little clip we knew should be coming:

SEC officials have informed Mississippi State athletic director Scott
Stricklin that fans did a much better job last week in the Kentucky game
of not ringing their cowbells during forbidden times. In other words,
they weren't all clanging in unison when Kentucky had the ball.

Being able to bring cowbells into home games is obviously a very
important tradition for Mississippi State fans. The better they adhere
to the compromise laid out there prior to this season by the conference
office, the better chance they have of continuing to bring the cowbells
into games.

Since the SEC stopped short of saying we were in compliance for the KY game, I'm giving them the big middle finger.

I predict they are using a zero-tolerance policy. And since there were greater than zero bells ringing at inappropriate times, they're going to screw us.

I am with you FlabLoser. Slive and the SEC are stupid. I want proof that UT's and SC's little jumbotron's and speakers put out less noise during/between plays. I hear the undertaker noise on all 4th downs everywhere, on every game that is played in the NCAA. We still need to control the cowbells, I want to keep this tradition alive. Or maybe we just play the cowbells on the loud speakers between every play. We will stop when the snap the ball, sometimes. Just like Alabama's band.

We need to know from AD if we got fined for the game. It suggests we didn't but it needs to be confirmed. One of you BIG DAWGS need to find out for us...... Because we got fined already 30K and that game would of been a 50K fine.....
