SEC: no tweeting, facebooking, texting, etc inside stadiums

I doubt they're going to be concerned with the random student or fan that takes a cell phone pic and posts it on his facebook during a game just to say "Hey, look... I'm at the game!"

Rather, they're probably more concerned with the idiots (in and out of the media) who would take pictures every couple of minutes and give a running blog during the game. And who knows where technology is going? I can see one day where sites like facebook and twitter can offer live video from somebody's phone like it's a webcam.

They're just protecting the value of their product.

So they are leaving themselves an escape clause. Most tweeting, etc. would probably fall under this.

but stopping Joe fan from responding to Bob fan when he asks "What's the score" is going too far. I know golf does it.
