I get second chances but this doesn’t seem like a “second chances” incident.
Cedar Rapids and Iowa City seem to have some issues with minors and guns. Some great parenting going on.

I mentioned this in another thread. 2nd chances for criminals usually come after spending time in jail.

Is that twice as many chances as you’ve gotten with anyone else? Probably why you needed a second chance.
