Wingtard, Brown is IN CHARGE of getting and teaching QBs--remember? You told us night and day whenever the last coaches QBs had a mistep. Forgot already looney righty?

Neal Brown hasn’t shown anyone reason to doubt him. He has showed that it isn’t all the way there yet.
Might need to make some changes in the future. Spend the money and bring in somebody who can help Brown get there
Dabo wasn’t anyone until he hired Chad Morris then they saw that they needed to upgrade on defense as well
But Dabo is the CEO
Very much like Neal Brown is here. CEO has the football program heading in the correct direction for the upcoming future.

There might be a need to bring in an innovative offensive mind who can evaluate/recruit/develop QB talent

This isn’t 100% for sure yet.

Besides That
OL is better
Defense still is great

You don’t tear everything down because one thing is being done incorrectly.
You keep the good and find someway to replace the bad
