The only thing I didn't care for was drawing Houston. They are an absolute nightmare to play.

I love our draw, but man what if we were healthy.
That theory didn't seem to phase Alabama in the SEC tourney.Damn we got burned with Tennessee. We all know what happens when we try and beat another SEC team for a 3rd time in the tournament
We matchup well with Tennessee.
You take them any day of the week over Alabama or Florida.
Pretty lame we play UT so stinkin much. If we can get there and they get there the can’t beat a team 3x crap will effect this teams minds. Texas for us is not good hopefully they get knocked off by xavier. I could see Texas making one of those high loss team runs. I don’t like it

Illinois is not easy that is a game I’d prefer not to have honestly. I’ll have to look at the other 6’s but they will be close to home in Midwest and they are good.
We still have a great shot at sweet 16 and that would be great for Pope's first season.
It is, I agree, and we wouldn’t be “likely” to play an SEC team till the sweet 16 so what can you do about it. It just isn’t fun.
Never thought they would let us have Indy. That is huge, if we make it to the Sweet Suxteen.

Everyone can enjoy Thursday this year without worrying about us being out early 
Placing UL there tho is interesting. I mean they typically avoid giving the worse seed a home court advantage and I have to imagine that's what it would be in an Auburn vs UL game.
We would have been a 2 and probably still in Midwest or South.
We got a good bracket compared to what we usually get. If we can't beat Troy and Illinois to get to the S16 then Mark isn't the guy.
Maybe we don't even play UT.

With our injury situation no draw is easy, but we got about as good as we could expect. None of those teams we would face in the first three rounds are head and shoulders above us. We beat UT twice, I know it’s hard to win three times in a year, but we beat them short handed so obviously we just match up well against them.
