Only in Mississippi .....
People in Starkville , Mississippi have a slightly warped sense of humor.
- The attached photo was taken at a county road intersection.
- A deer was hit there.
- The couch had been dumped there previously.
- On Day two the deer was on the couch.
- On Day three the end table and lamp showed up.
- On Day four the TV and TV stand showed up.
The sheriff's office had to call MDOT to remove the carcass because of all the people stopping to take pictures. The cardboard caption in front of the deer on the couch reads:
"Sorry Hunters,
Obama ruined healthcare.
We can't afford to have injured hunters on our conscience,
So I'm staying home!
Sorry, The Deer."
This is the email I got from my wife's grandmother. Just wondering if anyone knew if it was really Starkville or not. Thought it was kind of funny, but it could obviously be any small town in America.
