Serious question for Stansbury Bashers

C34, Fishwater and Extreme...

Assuming we win one lose one in SEC Tourney (probably what you would expect out of a typical 3 seed in tourney). Then go into NIT win one lose one or worse.

Yes or no question should Stansbury be fired then? Not what you think Byrne will do. In your opinion should he be fired yes or no? No excuses or explanation needed one way or the other. Simple yes or no do you fire him with these average expectations the rest of the year???

Thanks just trying to understand the mentality...

I don't remember seeing anyone say he should be fired if we didn't make the ncaas this year so its your mentality that I don't get.

three main bashers in particular criticize Stans after every single loss and some wins (not just this year by the way but for several years).

If they don't think he should be fired then why *****?? Just to hear themselves *****?? I don't get it... If they think he should be fired then at least they are making a case for something other than to just *****...

so people are going to critcize players, coaches, etc. Under your theory, we couldn't critique any MSU coaches this year.

Would any person who you consider to be normal criticize a coach after EVERY SINGLE LOSS and some WINS? Make no mistake its well documented that these three ***** about Stans after EVERY SINGLE LOSS and some WINS. I have yet to see a post where they are content with Stans.

I'm just putting out the theory that these three obviously just like to ***** about one certain coach because he 17ed their wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, hamsters, etc....

by their message board posting though unfortunately, it becomes painfully obvious at times that some people aren't normal.

This is college athletics and people are fans. Welcome. I sat in an airport bar in 1996 watching State beat KY in the SEC tournament, listening to about 25 KY fans ***** about how bad of a coach Pitino is.

So whether its justified or not, its happens. If you don't think its jusfied, either discuss it or don't say anything, but don't act like people shouldn't be allowed to talk about it.

Nobody said he should be fired for results this year. On the other hand, I don't see how so many of you can kiss his *** for SEC West success and then on the other hand not hold him accountable for NCAA appearances and advancement when simple FACTS show you that every other team in the West sans Arkansas has made it to at least the Sweet 16 in the last 10 years. I'm glad to see the team respond and beat OM yesterday, because after a 6-2 start, sweeps to Auburn and OM would have been brutal. I'm also glad to see the team responded with these last 2 wins with contributions from other people besides the 35+ minute bunch because if they hadn't it would be more of the same next year. I still think it'll end up that way with Kodi flying the coop, but there's no way that this team is going to make any noise next year either with a 6 man rotation.

Dick Williams used a 35+ min bunch as well. None of the stans haters have once said Dick Williams is a bad coach. That 96 team went only 7 deep at the most seldom 8...

on that team....We dont have 5 clear-cut players that deserve 35 mins a game...not playing Osby and Augustus was just stupid this year

think we would have lost more games earlier if osby and augustus had played considerably more

because in our 3 losses we had before taking Kodi out of the starting line-up, Stewart went a combined 8-33 shooting...by all means, getting Kodi out of there was there answer, especially the way Ravern defends like a demon

You obviously never saw Jeff Malone play.

Edit to add: How the 17 else do you think Malone scored those 26+ ppg? He wasn't exactly driving to the lane and shooting layups.

Malone shot 46, 49, 55 and 53% in four years at State.
Darryl, my all time favorite player, shot 42, 42 and 44 in his three years.
