If he's pissed off about the team's performance, then I'd expect his offseason moves to reflect that.

He needs to make some SERIOUS decisions. Some coaches obviously have to go, but he needs to look at every position to see where upgrades might be possible.

Right. For the sake of recruiting, he'll have to move quicky at season's end. And whom he hires will have to have serious weight in the profession.
