Shelby loses devoted fan

Shelby lost one, of if not its most devoted, football fans Wednesday. Noah Hoppes passed away Wednesday. SInce 1949 he had only missed 12 games. (Most of them because of illness or emergency). He was at the State Championship game this year. He will surely be missed.

Noah was such a good man!!!! Always could count on looking to my right and seeing Noah sitting there at every game I was at. He would always make it a point to talk and ask about my parents....He will be missed , such a good man....
