Actually, there really isn’t much of anything to unpack at all. In fact, it’s quite simple.
1. No video evidence existed of Eva Braun’s granddaughter hurling hate speech at the little autistic boy.

Not with impunity. The only gray area is slander, because it’s not considered a crime per se unless it moves into the realm of cyber bullying, harassment, etc. However, it can most definitely be grounds for a civil lawsuit with significant financial loss. Ask Josh Hokit.
Otherwise, the rest of those examples are indeed criminal behavior that can be charged as disorderly conduct or sexual harassment. The next time you feel like putting your theory of the 1st Amendment providing ostensibly blanket immunity to whatever comes out of a person’s mouth, try calling into your local school and telling the receptionist you planted a bomb in the building. Obviously, I don’t know your first censored word, but I will address the latter (since you’re asking).
1. My personal opinion is the use of the “n-word,” and all of its various forms, is ignorant. No one cares.
2. Use of racial slurs and epithets have a double standard today. So, yes, (i.e.) a black NBA player can get away with yelling “B*tch azz, white boy!” at Luka Doncic, but had the reverse happened, well…you can imagine.
3. Many black people would agree with my first point and plenty of black sports commentators did publicly express the same sentiment as my second point.
4. I am willing to trade off having the social taboo of a white boy saying the n-word vs. 500 years of persecution, oppression, and systemic racism. (As a caveat, some white boys do receive what’s known as a “black card,” with very restricted privileges to use the n-word with the a ending amongst friends who provided said card. In college, I was provided this card, although I politely declined the certain uh…liberties that came with it.)
5. Shiloh Hendrix most likely would not have been charged for disorderly conduct, despite the fact IMO her behavior probably could fit the nebulous definition for disorderly conduct, if her disorderly behavior did not involve racial slurs. The bigger question you need to ask yourself and others like you is, why the outrage over a misdemeanor conviction for a clear example in today’s colloquial lexicon of a “Karen” acting like a total b*tch?
